The concept uses gas powered infrared generators (burners) that produce heat (infrared radiation) in the process of burning gas. The radiation penetrates the ceramic plate (ceramic glass panel) to heat up vessels used for cooking. The hybrid power supply – gas and electric, high efficiency of burners and their cyclical operation save energy and user's money.
Additionally, no spare power supply are needed (unlike in standard electric and induction ceramic heating plates), and the maximum power consumption of the DynaCook X5 with 5 burners is as low as 35W.
Moreover, DynaCook X5 is simple in use with its intuitive panel and visual and acoustic signal system and safe (confirmation of independent research institute).
